Not too much to report from over here these days, just doing the usual things once the start of a new year rolls around: impulsively cleaning the pantry, trying to piece together motivation to get organized and back into the work groove, and hiding from the frigid temperatures and snow that now feel weary.

• My side of the family did secret santa, and my sis got me this fancy manual bread slicer from Zassenhaus, since I’ve become a GF sourdough baker! It’s shocking how easily it slices through hard sourdough crust and how perfectly even it slices a loaf, without the strain. A perfect gift, since I’d never buy this fancy non-essential for myself, but it is absolutely delightful to use and such a treat!

• My algorithms being swamped by Heated Rivalry press and fan edits are truly saving my sanity, as I sift through the heavy slop of current world events, but here’s the best video of our boys reading thirsty NSFW tweets for Buzzfeed. I don’t know how anyone could not find these two an absolute delight, and it’s no wonder we are all a lot in love with them both.
